Last year, on this very day, I wrote my first blog post ever. (Come on, click. I know you want too. Go laugh at me!) And it was awful. Seriously, it didn’t say anything at all, haha! It was just a bunch of pretty pictures of my hometown, with maybe a 50 words description. I’ve grown a lot since then. Before, I used to write for my family and friends. Now, even though I still do, I also write for complete strangers so they can get the courage of being a digital nomad if that’s what they want to do. …

After three months in Costa Rica, leaving is not easy. Puerto Viejo has been our home for the past months and we got used to it. For those who would like to do like us, here is how much it ended up costing us. Prices in Costa Rican Colones and US …

We just can’t get enough of the fresh food here! An other thing that we simply just love is guacamole! There’s nothing better to eat as a snack than this mix of avocados and tomatoes. I’ve never been a fan of it until we came here. We first tried it in a restaurant and fell in love with it. Since them, we’ve been making our own every week. Our ingredients: 2 ripe avocados 1 big tomato Half of a small onions A little bit of garlic (you have to do it grandma style, where you just put as much as …
