After three months in Costa Rica, leaving is not easy. Puerto Viejo has been our home for the past months and we got used to it. We developed a routine that allowed us to have fun and work at the same time. But now, it’s time to get back on the road and start a new adventure! Being digital nomads, leaving people and places behind is something we are going to have to get used to. But we couldn’t leave Puerto Viejo without doing some white river rafting. Exploradores Outdoors offers this great trip. The cool thing about it is …

Our ingredients: 2 ripe avocados 1 big tomato Half of a small onions A little bit of garlic (you have to do it grandma style, where you just put as much as …

After being here for a bit longer, our smoothie recipe changed a bit.  While our first one was a bit “Canadian” still, this version is much more Costa Rican! Fruits are way more exotic and it changes depending on what is ripe and available at the moment. Here’s one of our favorite! So here are our main ingredients! 1 coconut (we keep that, it’s a must. The water is just delicious is a smoothie!) 1 box of strawberries (we do love our strawberries. They stayed from the first recipe.) 1 fresh mango (no way we can forget our mango!!! It’s …
